In this chateau, you will fine just one tower, with just one table, so you can dine in absolute privacy while enjoying the romantic atmosphere, one of a kind views of Prague, and a delicious 6-course meal and open bar!

Each person dining should select one of the following set menu options.

• Green salad with marinated scampi in ginger and garlic
• Beef consomme with dry sherry Sandeman
• Sorbet with Calvados
• Beef and chicken steaks with chanterelles and green pepper sauce 
• Baked potatoe slices with cream
• Panacota with cherry sauce

Menu  B

• Fresh and smoked salmon tartar in tomatoe decorated with green salad
• Cream soup with white and green asparagus decorated with marinated salmon
• Sorbet with Calvadosem
• Duck breast baked with forrest fruit and pink pepper
• Roasted spetzl
• Hot chocolate suffle with pistachio ice cream

• Dried Ham - Prosciutto Crudo – with sweet melon and fresh arugola
• Baked goat cheese in puff pastry with shallot sauce
• Sorbet with Calvados
• Salmon fillet on spinach socket, boiled potatoes and lemon butter
• Hot raspberries with vanilla ice cream

Menu Vegetarian

• Buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes, olive oil and fresh basil
• Asparagus cream
• Sorbet with Calvados
• Aubergine with vegetable stuffing, baked with Mozzarella and Parmesan
